There is a strict NO PARTY policy.

The house is in a residential area ,therefore excessive noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.

Lady Nelson Retreat is strictly non-smoking indoors

All bookings require a 50% deposit on approval,the balance in full 3 weeks before arrival,if the booking is made within 4 weeks of your stay the full amount is payable on approval.

All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee on the deposit, cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival forfeit 100% of deposit, cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 80% of the full tariff amount will be refunded.(peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund, still subject to reletting).  a $600 cash bond is required.
